Experience Design (UxD) seeks to integrate into products or services, all factors and elements to create a positive emotional response in users.

UxD not only depends on the usability of a product or the quality of a service, this involved, both hardware and software, visibility, interaction design, usability,  aesthetics and all aspects related to satisfy their expectations and appeal to their emotions and feelings.

This project seeks to redesign the experience of the public health system in an emergency for foreign users. providing foreign users a positive experience on an undesired event, facilitating and creating a channels for communication and support   in their same language.
