The interaction and experience design is an area of ​​study focused on the phenomenon around the interaction between users, systems and products, which aims to provide theoretical, methodological and practical foundation for the design and the evaluation of products that can be used in an effective, efficiency, safety and  satisfactory way.

 

Interaction design (IxD) is focused on the digital behaviour and the flow of information. On the other hand experience design (UxD) seeks to understand the whole system encompassing interface, graphic design, industrial design and the touch points of physical and cognitive interaction to understand to whom is led  and how will they use it in a way that all the possible pain points in the long terms are solved improving the user experience.
