Service Design is the process in which it’s created and structured a service by designing each of the service face so it will be useful, usable, efficient, effective and desirable. It seeks to improve the quality of a service and the interaction between service provider and customers.

 

In our first project we were ask to identify business opportunities related to mobility in Barcelona as a result of the research, we identify 6 potential areas in which we could intervene. As an Effect, for the second part of the project we were ask to develop and structure a service according to the needs of our identify users. This result in the creation of “Infowall” a system designed for the tourists that are visiting every day the city of Barcelona.
