Role and Responsibilities:

Schedule planning, budget control, personnel management and on site project manager.

Key Achievements:

• Established a contract with the carpenters for improving the times in delivery, it enables a reduction on the delay time in 10 days.

• Implemented the process for certification of ISO 9001

• Monitored the process for certification in ISO 9001 during a period of 2 years, achieving the certification.

• Applied a control system for the monitoring of the inventory. Supervision of the design and the implementation of the system during the first year of trial.

• Implemented tracking systems for the cash flow for each project, supervising the design and the implementation of the system during 8 months of trial identifying the points of outflow of capital.
